Our History

Based in Altoona, Pennsylvania, our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to provide reliable, innovative, and customer-centric connectivity solutions. Keystone Connect has been in the website design and tech industry since 1998 – over 27 years. Google states the average lifespan of a tech company is 8-10 years! We started out as a three (3) person partnership during the Dot Com Boom offering dial-up internet. AOL and Gateway Computers ruled the tech world. Network Solutions was the domain monopoly. Homes with 128K connections were high speed. Windows 95 debuted.

A lot has changed in tech and in our company. Today our company is owned and operated by the last remaining partner, Pam Mitchell. We are a single member LLC with Disadvantage Business Enterprise federal certification and Women Owned state certification. We have remained in business for this long because of our commitment to our customers and our ability to remain flexible and educated in an industry that has changed and continues to change frequently.
